Get fit to play

As a golf instructor I see some new golfers attempting to learn the game the wrong way. For example, beginning with the driver to check out their distance potential. These newer players usually over-grip the club in an attempt for big distance. Tight muscules produce slower speeds, but they don't know that. Also a program of stretching will allow any golfer to achieve greater potential. Long shots usually come from long and loose levers. In other words, the less baggage on a golfer the better
